Our coaches are made up of current and former high school and college players, as well as high school coaches.  The founder of NTAA lacrosse is Coach Derrick Rose.   Coach Rose is currently the varsity head coach for North Tonawanda. It is his third season with the Lumberjacks.  Prior to coaching at North Tonawanda, Coach Rose played lacrosse for the Canisius College Golden Griffins.  He found his home there playing defensive midfield for the Griffs.  At Canisius, he earned all MAAC Academic Team Honors each of the four years of his career.  After his collegiate career, Coach Rose moved on to his current team, the Niagara Hawks, a Senior B indoor lacrosse team based in Fort Erie Canada, where he continues his career today.
